Red times are when I'm in class. This means I am available to babysit before or after these times but you must account for travel time to/from my house near the ASU campus in Tempe (this is true for all the times on the calender).
Blue times are times that I have plans but they are flexible. So if you call me or text with enough advanced warning I may be able to move some things around to accommodate you. No guarantees on this.
Green times are set in stone. This means I'm unlikely to be able to move things around, but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't e-mail me in case things fall through.
I will update the calender within 24 of it changing. The most recent calender is the current calender.
In a Nutshell
I am 22 years old, non-smoker, with car. I have over 6 years babysitting experience, ranging from ages 2-12. I spent a year as a TA at at Montessori preschool and have finger prints on file and a CPR/First Aid certification from this. I am comfortable with late night and overnight babysitting.
I am a student first and foremost so during the school year there will be times that I may need to work on school stuff while babysitting. This isn't to say that I will stick my nose in a book and ignore the kids, it just means that there will be a portion of the time that I may have to mellow out and work on my school (i.e. while the kids are watching a movie or asleep).
My going rate is $10/hr. This number is biased on 1-2 children, basic housekeeping, with a reasonable travel distance. This amount will very depending on these and other factors (including what you feel you can afford, and what you think my services are worth).
Times are tough right now so for unemployed parents I am willing to watch your children for up to 2 hours without pay while you job hunt or go to interviews ect.
As for the fun stuff: I like to play video and board games, ride bikes, swim, watch movies, read, and any other fun things the kids can think up.
